I was told that some of the Whole Foods were having a vegan Mother's Day Brunch. Sadly, they aren't.
They ARE having a Mother's Day Brunch with a few vegan items, though. Most of the stores I spoke with said they are having tofu scramble, vegan sausage, oat meal and fruit, that will all be vegan. It's on the hot and cold food bars and the cost is $7.99 a pound. If you want veran muffins (if they happen to have any in stock, they will be extra).
I forgot to ask the time so call the one closest to you to find out that info. While you're at it, ask them about the vegan options so they will know we're out here and interested in vegan options (ESPECIALLY vegan brunch type things). You know that old saying about the squeaky wheel! Let's be delightfully squeaky vegans! Also, let's not forget to voice our appreciation for the vegan options that are provided, when they are provided. If we only complain, we will get a reputation of being "complaining vegans". That's not good.
