Bio
Robert Cohen is the "Notmilkman".
In 1998, he launched the Dairy Education Board, in NYC and has been writing a daily column about milk-related health issues.
He believes that a plant-based diet is the best way to live one's life. One of his many talents, is being a gourmet vegan chef, trained in the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He also ran a research lab in Psycho-neuro/endocrinlogy (the study of steroid hormones and how they affect the brain and behavior)
