Please let Alfalfas know you appreciate their new vegan offerings and start to buy these vegan goodies so they know there is demand and will continue to pursue other vegan options. Their deli area still sucks, but at least they are making some progress. They need to hear from us and know we will support them if they heed the vegan call(;

Well, after some recipe development, I have got a few more vegan items under my belt for the bakery.

Starting tomorrow (Memorial Day) Alf's bakery will have on hand, every day:

"Grain Free" Cookies and Brownies

Starting Wednesday- Udi's Vegan Passionfruit Moussecake.

I am continuing more recipe development this week, working on a quick bread and a berry muffin.

Thanks for your patience and keep checking back! Stop by the bakery and I will give you a sampling of the product. Personally, the peanut butter cookies are amazing!!!!
