Shark Tank from ABC post deleted

CarmiePortraitSmall Having received information that the post previously describing Shark Tank, a reality show from ABC, as having incorrect links - perhaps even scam links, I have chosen to remove it.

Though I did my due diligence, I did not check the company out as thoroughly as I should have. A good reader wrote to me - someone who is entering the reality show contest - and he told me the links were not only incorrect, but from a site that has proven distrustful. And Google shows a number of disgruntled folks...writing about that site.

For more info, visit InTheSharkTank blog. And, visit this page on the ABC television site. This will be a Mark Burnett Publication. It's announced on his site...so, the contest and show are definitely real. It was just the earlier post reference that wasn't real.

Thank goodness for bloggers, right? Without that blogger's info, I would not have known...and thank goodness for blogs and the ability to CORRECT information at the click of a mouse!

As I said in the earlier post - be very careful about invitations like this. And, know that I did extensive research this time, to provide the correct links.
