Job Description

Looking for smart candidates with good educational background and a good MBA
from a tier 1 or tier 2 institute.

- Looking for a strong HR generalist with strategic HR experience and taking
care of all HR generalist functions like HR BU partnering, performance
management, comp & ben, HR people initiatives, etc in a Captive unit.

- The person will be responsible for end to end HR Managerment at a Strategic
Level and will be one of the key HR Team Members for the centre.

Candidate Requirement

12 16 years of Relevant HR Generalist/Business Partnering experience in a
Captive Environment, with atleast 3 years experience in a Managerial role.
