RMJfA- Fw: Misha May dog needs a foster home

Monday, August 8, 2011

Hi everybody,

First of all, it appears that our puppy foster crisis is over. We may have one more puppy to place. We'll let you know.

Unfortunately, our puppy crisis has been replaced by an adult dog crisis. Misha May has a dog in our care named Samson, who can't stay any longer in his foster home. Samson has been in and out of adoptive homes and foster homes for all of his young life. He has been loved at times but he has never known real peace or stability. In his last adoptive home he was terribly abused by the "man" in the house. He is a very troubled little dog, but he is also very kind and loving, and we believe that he can be saved.

So, we need a foster home for Samson. It has to be a quiet, stress free environment, in which he can "wind down" and learn to relax and trust his people and his environment. He needs to live with someone who is experienced with dogs and understands dog psychology very well. There can be no kids, cats, or other dogs. Just Samson and his "peeps."

Please, please help us find this home. If not you, then maybe someone you know, or a friend of a friend. Misha May will train the fosters or adopters and provide ongoing assistance.

You can see pictures of Samson and read his bio at  http://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/18796853

Please cross post this and upload it to your Facebook page. With your help we can rehabilitate and save this sweet little dog.

Thank you,

Doug Torza
Misha May
