RMJfA- Cutie pie needs a home or foster ~XX

Hi All!!
It's me again!!
First wanted to let you know, that Bear & Clover are safe and in loving homes.  So thank you to all who responded with advice.  You know where my passion lies & it makes my heart happy to know so many of my friends are willing to lend a hand, as well.
Secondly, I have another one to send out.  Don't worry, this will not become a habitual thing, it just happened at the same time.  So here are the details...

I'm looking for someone interested in helping find a foster or forever home for this little guy?  My friend Charlotte found him and she is moving on 29 August so she needs help finding a good place for him.  Let me know if you all can help or not.  Also, let me know if the photo doesn't transfer and I'll try to send it in another way.  He sure is a cute little fellow!

His name is Robbins, after John Robbins.

She found this little chihuahua running on a busy highway & he's just incredibly sweet and loving. He has been neglected and needs a good home. He had a shoelace wrapped tightly around his neck and nails so long it hurt him to walk. :(  He's been to the vet and is all cleaned up and comfortable and now he needs a good home like he deserves!!
