RMJfA- quick OKC doggie update

Sunday, July 31, 2011
thank you, Kim, for getting this information!!

"She went to rescue last night. Thanks for taking an interest in her. She came in as a stray. We would have filed cruelty charges if someone. Had come in to reclaim her, but no one did."

So shines a good deed in a weary world.

Thank you for the good news, and keep up the networking- It really works, doesn't it?  It is so good to hear there are so many concerned people to help as many animals as possible.  A one bright spot in the world.

Thanks again!
Becky

so there are two different facebook threads on this dog.  it looks like she may have gotten pulled by a rescue as of sometime today but the shelter wont say which one right now (is that normal?).

this is the last information from a few hours ago:

"I had Carolyn call the shelter today and she is to be picked up by rescue.....they wouldn't give the rescue information out....but I will try to find out who got her.....I am also going to ask if they are going to keep us updated..."

i know that kim (from the ARAN list) sent out an email to a bunch of rescue groups in OKC, so if one of those groups was able to take her out of the shelter, maybe they will e-mail her back and say so.  otherwise hopefully the person from rainbow bridge can find out.  i still wonder what happened to this dog and what kind of care she will need to get better..

This pup is NOT not located on the OK City Animal Shelter website- there is no number as her's. Is she really there?
