THANK YOU!!!! NOT URGENT :) Misha May 7-5-2011    Dear Donna,   Some of you told me that you feel better knowing that Toby & Luke were saved and now you can sleep. Well, now you can sleep deeply, after celebrating their planned arrival for Thursday! Transport is complete thanks to the Artesia shelter, Terry of Natural Awakenings and Allison / Elisha (with lots of help from so many of you and your contacts!).   They may even be with us at the Brown Dog adoptathon this Saturday - see website for details....   Your efforts have truly made a difference - so many people offered help of so many varieties! Bless you! Please Please thank all of your contacts for Misha May, Toby & Luke! Lorraine    Here are some kind words from the Artesia shelter - I'm so thankful to be sharing them with you!   "Thank you so so much!!! I really cannot begin to thank you for your kindness and compassion and for reaching out to save their little lives --- they wouldn't have made it without you getting with us today...this is one case when the timing was perfect and the dogs were moments away from not making it. Thank you for all of the hard work on time too - we are thrilled to be working with you!!"            YOU NETWORKED YOUR HEARTS OUT! TOBY IS SAVED! LUKE IS COMING TOO!    Toby is safe and will be held for us as we arrange transport in the next couple of days! Luke, a 7 month old Catahoula puppy, is also coming!    What we have: foster home, transport from the NM border to Denver.    What we need: transport from Artesia (near Roswell) to the Colorado border in the next couple of days, adopters.    If you want to make a donation toward their care and transport, you can do so using our Make a Donation button at www.mishamayfoundation.org or mail a check to Misha May, PO Box 151166, Lakewood, CO 80215-1166.    WARNING: If anyone tells you they are collecting money for Misha May, please check our website for an event or call us at 303-239-0382 if you have any concerns.             sorry about the wrong days - I am a little frantic!    We need your help getting Toby out of Artesia, New Mexico TODAY (TUESDAY). He will be euthanized TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY) at the shelter as they are overwhelmed from the fire evacuations.             He needs a place to stay TONIGHT TUESDAY and then a ride as close to Denver as possible.    Misha May has a foster/possible adopter for Toby.
