Today, Laura shares an "Aha Moment" -- It's been a fun week at Save This Pup. A few weeks ago, Mutual of Omaha came through our hometown of Richmond, VA with an airstream and a camera crew, looking to record "aha moments" from local residents. I was interviewed with my rescue pup, George, about my aha moment in creating Save This Pup. We're also announcing our new $1 Campaign - in an effort to get our website launched! Here's how it works: We're looking for passionate pet lovers who are willing to donate $1 (or more, we won't turn down $5 or 10 or $10,000) to help Save This Pup get a fully functional website. Everything is ready to go, we're just waiting for the funding to get started on the movement and details of running Save This Pup. If you can help by spreading the word - that would be fantastic! We have shelters lined up and waiting to post their dogs for sponsorship, and plenty of willing sponsors waiting to help them. All you have to do is send folks to our current site, Save This Pup, and click the donate button. We'll be sure to keep you posted on the progress of the campaign as well as our moves towards our corporate sponsorships, as well. Together we will make sure NO dog get euthanized just because there isn't enough money to keep him alive.
